FundedFirm provides skill-based evaluation programs using simulated trading environments. Our evaluation challenges are designed to assess trading skill, risk management, and consistency. FundedFirm is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial services provider. We do not execute trades on live markets on behalf of our users during the evaluation phase.
Upon successful completion of an evaluation, traders may receive access to funded accounts backed by real capital. Performance in funded accounts is monitored and subject to the rules and conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Trading Rules.
During the evaluation phase, all trading activity occurs on simulated (demo) accounts. Simulated accounts may not accurately reflect all the conditions of live trading, including but not limited to: liquidity constraints, slippage, execution delays, and market impact. Results achieved in a simulated environment do not guarantee future performance in live market conditions.
Leveraged trading allows traders to control positions larger than their account balance. While leverage can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses. A relatively small market movement can have a proportionally larger impact on your trading account. Traders should fully understand how leverage works before engaging in any trading activity on our platform.
Financial markets can experience sudden and significant price movements due to economic news releases, geopolitical events, central bank decisions, and other factors. During periods of high volatility, orders (including stop-loss orders) may be executed at prices significantly different from the requested price (slippage). FundedFirm is not responsible for losses incurred due to market volatility or slippage.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed or shown on our website, marketing materials, or testimonials. Payouts from funded accounts are subject to program rules, compliance verification, and the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions. FundedFirm reserves the right to review, verify, and audit any trading activity before processing payouts. Payout amounts, frequency, and eligibility are governed by the specific program the trader is enrolled in.
Trading on electronic platforms carries technology risks including system failures, connectivity issues, software bugs, and hardware malfunctions. While FundedFirm employs robust infrastructure and partners with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Traders should have contingency plans for managing open positions during system disruptions.
FundedFirm may use third-party services for payment processing, identity verification, trading infrastructure, and analytics. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of third-party service providers. Our Privacy Policy and AML Policy detail how we work with these providers.
